We added an additional floor to both properties, along with a single-storey extension, enabling each to be transformed into an 8-bedroom, 8 en-suite, and 4-kitchen HMO. These newly converted properties are now fully rented, with our client earning top market rent. In collaboration with Elite Renewables, we also integrated advanced air source heat pump technology and solar panels, enhancing the energy efficiency of the buildings.
