Mantra Homes – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mantra Homes UK (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, proposed works, and any services provided by Mantra Homes UK to the client (“you”, “the client”). By requesting, accepting, or proceeding with a quotation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Quote Overview
This quotation, along with these Terms and Conditions, outlines the general expectations, responsibilities, and considerations for the proposed works.
It does not constitute a legally binding agreement but serves to clarify the basis upon which the quotation is prepared.
A formal contract will be issued before any works commence, specifying the detailed scope, payment terms, and legal obligations of both parties.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
A 20% VAT charge will be applied in accordance with current UK tax regulations. Should the VAT rate change prior to the completion of the works, the applicable rate at the time of invoicing will apply.

If the project proceeds to completion under a formal contract, a 12-month Defects Liability Period applies from the date of practical completion.
